▢ Participation Fee*
We are so grateful that you are willing to make the effort to join us in changing a family’s life forever. There is an Eastern Saying that goes: In true service, you do not know who is serving who.
That certainly rings true in this case. You are serving a deserving family in need, and in turn your life is blessed as well.
Please get your tickets early because we do fill up quickly. The cost to join the build is a $333 participation fee. This will cover your food and lodging while in Ensenada and it helps us so much in our overall cause.
▢ Release Forms*
There are release forms below. Everyone needs to please fill out the forms. Even if you have built with Prosperity Homes or Baja Bound, these need to be done for each trip.
Release forms: There is 2 forms for the adults (1 for Baja Bound and 1 for Prosperity Homes) and if you have a minor, then we need the minor filled out as well. The due date for these is 1 week prior to the build.
▢ What to bring
Comfort & Protection: I suggest to bring the things you will need to feel comfortable. Pillow, towel, etc. Food is provided, but you may want to bring water, snacks, etc. It will be hot and we will be under the sun all day, so plan for that with any protection that works for you. (Hats, sunscreen, etc.)
Please be considerate of limited cabin space of vehicles. Large luggages are not recommended.For the build: We suggest a pair of gloves, good shoes to do this work in and working clothes that can get dirty and paint on them. Eye protection and ear plugs may help protect you on the site. If you have any of your company shirts, that would be great as well. It may be hot and under the sun all day (depending on the time of year), so plan for that with any protection that works for you. (Hats, sunscreen, etc.)

Calle Playa, Lote 5, Manna 8; Lengueta Arenas De Punta Banda; Ensenada, BC 227941Community Partnerships: We usually have a couple of service options. This can include playing with local children in sports and crafts near the worksite, a Saturday morning service in a feeding program at Campo Esperanza and visiting a local orphanage.
Meals: Meals are provided by Baja Bound starting with Saturday lunch at the worksite. We eat dinner at the beach house for both nights of the build, and in the morning we eat breakfast at the house as well.
You are welcome to bring snacks, drinks or anything to eat. Food on the way down or way home is not provided, so please plan accordingly.
If any of you have food allergies, please let us know ASAP. If you have any diet restrictions (vegan e.g.) let us know.
( ! ) Departure: We typically leave Saturday morning at 6:00 am. There are meeting spots in Rancho Cucamonga and in San Diego at Cafe Tazza.
( ! ) Return: We hope to have the house complete and dedicated Monday by noon. We will then have lunch and hopefully be heading to the boarder by 1:00 pm. It's hard to estimate boarder crossing times, so plan on being home late that night.
